Prof. Martin Jones is a globally recognised expert in human performance psychology, with over 20 years of experience advising elite athletes, military personnel, and corporate leaders.
A Chartered Psychologist and HCPC-registered practitioner, Martin’s expertise spans sport psychology, military resilience, and sleep science. He has served as the UK Ministry of Defence's Principal Advisor on Human Performance and represented the UK at NATO as a leading member of its Human Factors and Medicine Research Panel.

An award-winning educator and researcher, Martin holds graduate degrees in Sport Psychology (MSc, PhD) from Loughborough University and Sleep Medicine (MSc) from Oxford University. He has published over 45 peer-reviewed articles and continues to shape the future of performance psychology through his academic appointments at the University of Exeter and Hartpury University.
