Terms & Conditions

Hey there! We’re all about keeping things simple and transparent when it comes to our financial guidelines and terms. Here’s everything you need to know to make the process as smooth as possible:

Invoicing & Payments

We take care of all the invoicing, handling the details so you don’t have to. We believe in full transparency throughout the process, ensuring payments are managed promptly and professionally.

  • Payment Terms: To confirm your booking, we kindly request a 40% deposit. The remaining balance should be settled 14 days before the event. For bookings made within 14 days of the event, we ask for full payment upfront.

  • Payment Methods: Payments are accepted via bank transfer. We’ll provide all the necessary details to make this quick and easy.

  • International Clients: For clients outside the UK, all prices are quoted in sterling (GBP) for consistency and simplicity.

Non-Refundable Fees

All booking fees are non-refundable. That said, we’ve got you covered! If the booked speaker or talent is unable to attend for any reason, we’ll ensure an equally fantastic replacement steps in. Our goal is always to keep your event running smoothly.

Rescheduling Policy

If you need to reschedule your event, we’ll do everything we can to support the new date. However, we cannot guarantee the availability of the original speaker. Flexibility is appreciated in these cases, and we’ll work closely with you to find the best alternative solution.

Cancellations and Replacements

Sometimes, unexpected changes happen—we get it. If your booked speaker or talent becomes unavailable, we will provide an exceptional replacement to keep your event on track. You can rest assured we’ll handle the process with care and professionalism.

No Late Payment Fees

We’re not about penalties or extra charges. Instead, we operate on trust and understanding. If a delay occurs, we’ll work with you to find a solution without unnecessary stress.

Booking Terms

All bookings with 360 Speakers are governed by these terms and conditions, which set out the details of our agreement. We aim to keep everything clear and straightforward, so you always know what to expect.
